Earlier this year, I picked up Cinder by Marissa Meyer because of the drop-dead gorgeous fanart by one of my favourite webcomic artists I had found on DA(http://lostie815.deviantart.com/gallery/47021865). I liked it, although it is the weakest of the series so far. Then I read Scarlet, and I liked it even more, and just last week I finished Cress, and now I'm completely in love. Anyone else like these books? They're retellings of fairytales in a futuristic setting, although they do have an overarching plotline. The first book is Cinderella, obviously, and in it, Cinder is a cyborg and a mechanic. At first, I thought that the character development was a little weak, but they have actually grown a lot, and I can't wait for the next book!
Anyone else read them?
