It's really short, shouldn't take too much of your time. =P I still can't believe it was made by just one man, it's incredible. Sure, it is sort of messy in places compared to his later movies but it is still amazing what he accomplished.

And just a year makes it even more impressive! You should watch/read Hunter X Hunter sometime, it remains one of my favorite series. :3

I will when the manga is close to completed. I don't follow series weekly, I hate waiting forever for another chapter when the author goes on vacation or whatever for months on end.

Yeah, you should avoid Hunter X Hunter like the plague then, the mangaka goes on hiatus VERY often...

I just want to support that recommendation for Voices of a Distant Star. It's about 45 minutes long and is worth a watch, particularly in light of how famous Shinkai has become. To me, it's still his best work. I think it's awesome.

Of course, that probably means you'll hate it!

You do so many reviews...you might want to consider applying for one of the major review blogs. I think your consistency would appeal to many - and at the rate you go, you'd still provide plenty of content to OASG. Anyway, just a suggestion...

I'm really not as consistent as I apear to be ^.^" And doing that now would be a bad idea- with 5 lit classes this coming semester, I think writing reviews will fall onto the backburner. Papers take me forever to write.
