I'm going to recommend a little-known game which is about as old as the PS2 itself, called Okage: Shadow King. To put it plainly, it is an RPG that parodies other RPGs. It's hilarious but really good, and I really enjoy a lot of the music in it. But it isn't an easy game, just to warn you. If you can find it, though, I recommend it highly.
