Her biggest role was as one of the 31 students of Class 3-A in Mahou Sensei Negima. Which means we move on to20. Nakahara Mai (中原麻衣)
Nakahara Mai is someone who has had a large number of major roles that are diverse. At the very least, her performance as Ryuguu Rena in Higurashi should ring some terrifying bells for a few people here. Clearly, she's got both nice and crazy covered. Her other major role is in Clannad, in which she plays Furukawa Nagisa.
But a lot of her variety is also displayed in many of her side roles as well. Again, demonstrated ability for crazy, as I'm sure a lot of you will remember Niekawa Haruna from Durarara!!. She's also played spoiled the ojou-sama character in Taishou Yakyuu Musume and even the overconfident young'un in Nanoha StrikerS as Teana Lanster.
It wasn't until I looked at her list of roles again that I realized that I'd always assumed that she was a one-note seiyuu, mostly based on Nagisa. It's actually pretty surprising the different kinds of roles she's had. And she's still getting a fair number of roles. Her most recent role that stuck out to me was as Yasuri Nanami, the older sister in Katanagatari, who is a pretty awesome character.
Major Roles
Midori Days (Midori Kasugano)
My-HiME (Mai Tokiha)
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Rena Ryuguu)
Strawberry Panic! (Nagisa Aoi)
Clannad (Nagisa Furukawa)
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS (Teana Lanster)
Sola (Aono Morimiya)
Chrome Shelled Regios (Felli Loss)
Taishou Baseball Girls (Akiko Ogasawara)
Katanagatari (Nanami Yasuri)

Rivalz too has a pretty interesting voice quality. And they sound completely different from his emo-boy roles! Clearly the man is doing something right.

One of the newest superstar seiyuu, Toyosaki Aki made her name as Hirasawa Yui in K-ON!. Obviously, that would mean that she's a natural for the high-pitched, airhead high school girl character. Surprisingly, that's not the only voice she can do, as seen with her roles in Spice and Wolf II and Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi. But, her popularity from K-ON! has all but assured her presence in anime for years to come.
Major Roles
Minami-ke: Yoshino
Shugo Chara!: Su
Hatsukoi Limited: Koyoi Bessho
The Sacred Blacksmith: Lisa
K-On!: Yui Hirasawa
Bungaku Shoujo: Chia Takeda
Maid Sama!: Satsuki-tenchou

Endou Aya is relatively new. She's been doing minor roles for a few years, but it wasn't until 2007 that she really hit it big, playing the role of the meganekko of the four main girls in Lucky Star, Takara Miyuki. You'd think that she'd be outshone by Hirano Aya (Konata) and Katou Emiri (Kagami), but she definitely performed well, even in a less outspoken role.
A year later, she landed her biggest role yet, Sheryl Nome, the intergalactic popstar and one of the leading ladies of Macross Frontier, the 25th anniversary Macross title. Sheryl is a very different character from Miyuki. While Miyuki was soft-spoken and slightly airheaded, Sheryl is someone who exudes confidence and pride and is later is a girl who nearly loses everything.
However, unlike her co-star Nakajima Megumi, singing doesn't seem like it's one of her strong points, as all of her songs in Macross Frontier are handled by May'n. Or maybe she didn't have the voice for what they wanted out of Sheryl's songs. Well, you can take a listen to Miyuki's character song and decide for yourself, I guess.
Since then, she's been receiving a number of roles, with her bigger ones being Felicia Heideman from So Ra No Wo To, the first of TV Tokyo's Anime no Chikara projects, and Kajika Louisa Kugami Burnsworth, the main character of Hanasakeru Seishounen.
Major Roles
Lucky Star (Takara Miyuki)
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (Kinue Crossroad)
Macross Frontier (Sheryl Nome)

Sekirei (Matsu)
Sora Kake Girl (Kannagi Itsuki)
Kanamemo (Minami Yuuki)
Hanasakeru Seishounen (Kajika Louisa Kugami Burnsworth)
Needless (Cruz Schild/Yamada)
So-Ra-No-Wo-To (Felicia Heideman)

Koshimizu Ami is another young seiyuu, but is much more well known, due to her scoring several notable roles. She's played everything from age-old goddesses to visual novel protagonists, soft-spoken geniuses, and crazy mecha pilots.
I think her acting ability is pretty good. She definitely brings the crazy with Anemone in Eureka Seven, a role that requires the entire range of emotions. Her other role that I thought was awesome was as Holo, the wolf goddess in Spice and Wolf, in which she brought the smug. That's also another role that requires a lot of different emotions, but with far less crazy than Anemone and far more subtlety.
Yep, she's a pretty versatile voice actress.
Major Roles
Eureka Seven (Anemone)
School Rumble (Tenma Tsukamoto)
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (Kallen Stadtfeld)
Kimikiss Pure Rouge (Yuumi Hoshino)
Myself ; Yourself (Nanaka Yatsushiro)
Spice and Wolf (Holo)
H2O: Footprints in the Sand (Takuma Hirose)
Strike Witches (Charlotte E. Yeager)
Saki (Nodoka Haramura)
Umineko no Naku Koro ni (Rosa Ushiromiya)
