March Manga Contest Winner

This month we had several unprecedented events in our new contest: first, a last-minute extension, and second, a tie between three great entries. To break the tie, I'm going to set a precedence here by casting a tie-breaking vote. And though it was hard to choose between all three entries--I could not be prouder of all the hardwork each of our talented artists exhibited--the winner of the March 2008 Monthly Manga Contest is:
