both those are pretty good. the first one is suppose to be kaoru rite? from kenshin? its not bad, but the face shape is kinda..funky. the second is nice line art though.

yeah the kaoru i drew when i was watching the kenshin movie i stoped it and just drew a copy of what was on the screen

That Kaoru sketch is nice ^^ The shading's an extra plus ^_^

For the second pic, it's also cool that you made it clear where the wind is blowing, probably what you need is a bit more practice on the proportions. A basic "keep-in-mind" is that from the legs down it should be slightly longer than from the waist up. At least that's what gives anime characters those super-model looks :lol:

nice art. i just noticed sumthing though. your people's legs are too short. they need to be longer and proportional to the torso. nice job though.
