What Game Are You Playing Right Now?

Postby Jasdero » Sat Nov 20, 2004 3:53 pm

Yes, yes, I'm leeching off the brains of the "What Manga/Anime/Book... right now" thread creators. XD;;

So.... What game are you playing right now? ^^

I'm playing no games right now because my crazy dog spilled orange juice on my PLay Station and broke it. But once I get a job and can afford a PS2, I'm gonna turn back into my good old crazy freak self. ^_^d

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Oh man, it's just all kinds of hotness. You need to go get it as soon as may be.

Half-Life 2

once again. Jesus Christ, Light of the World, burning

1. Metroid Prime 2 (GCN)
2. Final Fantasy VIII (on PS2)
3. Halo 2 (X-box)
4. Prince of Persia (for X-box)
5. Pikmin 2 (GCN)

I really don't have that much time to sit down and play; yet this week is looking clear. Anyways, I've been working on Metroid Prime 2. I'm not going to fly through it, because my next game, KotOR 2, is still a few weeks off and I'm getting the DS around Christmas. Not to mention.... I still haven't beaten FF VIII, Prince of Persia (not buying the next one), and Pikmin 2. O'yeah, and I'm still working on “Heroicâ€

Last time I picked up a contoller, it was to play Jak and Daxter. Oh, that game was so fun! My friend has my Jak 2 copy, but it's at her house and I can't play it. :waah!:

The terrifying moldy bread incident! In elementary school, Yomi's leftover bread started rotting inside her desk! you can't imagine what happened! Not only that, but the mold had a will of its own, it was terrible! Barricading ourselves in the science prep room, we used spirit lamps and engaged in combat! Then I realized it!! If we only had the bottle of mildew remover from the bathroom, we could destroy them!!

Metroid Prime 2...HARD difficulty. And unlike the first one, it really IS hard.

Star Ocean Till the End of Time.

Y'know...I recognize a LOT of those voices...they used Jinnai from El-Hazard for Norton! But he didn't do the famous Jinnai laugh...d'oh. I've also heard Aoi-chan, Musashi from Brave Fencer Musashi, as well as Nanami for Clair.

In fact, the only voice I have issues with...is Farleen. BLECH.

Always going for 100% on Time Splitters 2 (ongoing game)

I found a copy of Disgaea the other day, so I just had to give it a shot.
So far so good. I like being able to customize my army with any unit I want and any weapons I want. Even if they are not very good with them.

The story is very silly/ fun and once I learned that you could thow explosive penguins at your enimies... Dood! I was hooked!
Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
