Wooden webmanga

Postby The Last Bard » Sun Dec 11, 2005 4:34 pm

Hey! I've finally got a little bit of my first webmange online! It isn't extremely polished, but it is going to improve.

http://www.geocities.com/jesteroflaughter/GlassCode.html?1134342392953

Yeah, I set this site up today, and it's where I'm hosting my manga for awhile.

Just click "Wooden" on the left side.

Their is something on the high seas that sailors are worried about. Some say it's pirates, some say a monster, but no one truly knows because no one ever comes back to say.
It has men of all ages afraid to set sail without a burly crew. But for many a man, the high seas is the only way to make a living.
So foolishly, they decide to chance it. For after all, what is the odds of their ship being attack?
This is a story about a young man. A young man who went by the name of Kren Felbur. And he just happened to get on the wrong ship, at the wrong time if he was looking for quick coinage.

So begins his tale...

Minimum age: 12+

Violence: 4 There won't be a strong violence, but there will be blood. But this manga isn't based around fighting or anything so you won't have to worry about that too much.

Language: 2 If you look at 'blast' and stuff like that as language

Sexual Content: 0 Nah, staying away from that

Nudity (or skimpy outfits): 2 The worst you might find is if I decide to add someone with a skimpy outfit in one of the later chapters

Bad Religion: 3 I guess...I mean I'm a Christian so I'm not going to be throwing buddha or anything in there...It is a fantasy manga so there will probably be dragons. Maybe. And there will be pirates, savages, ect. But nothing that is going to conflict with Christianity.

Other: 4 There are going to be those who smoke and drink. But they probably won't be main characters. Nor will it be incouraged. Discouraged, if anything.

I'm going to be adding updates atleast once a week hopefully.

Nice. I like the way you made the first two pages like an intro, and then had the chapter title page. Very cool. ^^

I've been working on it recently and I have more updates. Takes a little bit of time doing it on the PC though. Hopefully it is starting to look better!

Hey, am! I jsut found your comic, and I have to say, good intro. Just keep it up, so those like me will not go on wondering...

Hey, it sounds cool, but I couldn't get the site to pop up. :(
I'm most likely doing something the wrong way.
Could you get me a more current link or something?
THANKS!
