This thread is a list of anime with little to none fanservice. This doesn't mean that there won't be nudity/fanservice in these anime, but most will be clean for the most part. Also, some may have notes on what content they contain.

Girls und Panzer, Mushi-shi, and Non Non Biyori are all favorites of mine. I hope you enjoy them!

Some other good shows you could try are One Week Friends and ARIA the Animation. Another possibility is Haikyuu, which I'm currently watching. It's really good and there hasn't been any fanservice so far.

Studio Ghibli movies are also generally very clean.

Girls und Panzer IS a great show, but I would not say it's fanservice-less, though for show with fanservice, it's one of the tamer ones.
I'll second anything by Ghibli, the whole ARIA series (Aria the Scarlet Ammo is NOT part of this series and not fanservice-less, just to clarify), and Non Non Biyori.
I'll also add: Croisee in a Foreign Labyrinth, Bunny Drop/Usagi Drop, Hikaru no Go, Victorin Romance: Emma (first season ONLY), Bakuman., Yama no Susume, Hanayamata, and Kimi ni Todoke. I'm sure I've forgotten some, but that's a good number to look at. :)

Serious answer: Digimon, Pokemon, Toriko, Wagnaria. I have plenty of other answers, but I don't recall Fullmetal Alchemist having any fan service at all, so unless I'm just forgetting something, how you define fan service must be pretty strict, and by extremely strict standards a lot of my favorite shows that I consider very clean like Is the Order a Rabbit or K-On coud be said to have some fan service.

Here's some more: Natsume's Book of Friends, Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles, My Love Story, Beautiful Bones: Sakurako's Investigation, Rin-ne, Anohana, Love Lab, Little Busters, Charlotte, Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun, Our Home's Fox Diety, Arakawa Under the Bridge.

I'll stop there before I start confusing myself. >_< Disclaimer: I sometimes forget whether or not a show I like has fanservice, so I might have recommended one or two that has some to a degree farther than you'd like.

I'll plug another for Wagnaria! aka Working!! All three seasons are excellent.

Mobile Suit Gundam movie trilogy
Zeta Gundam
MSG: 08th MS Team (has one scene in the first episode, that's it) (looks like I was wrong and there are two scenes. you should still watch it anyway)
MSG 0080: War in the Pocket
MSG 0083: Stardust Memory
MSG Unicorn
After War Gundam X
Gundam Wing
Azumanga Daioh
Giant Robo the Animation: The Day the Earth Stood Still
Log Horizon (didn't seem to have anything I'd consider fanservice)
Non Non Biyori
Non Non Biyori Repeat
Rurouni Kenshin
The Big O
Higashi no Eden (East of Eden)
Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors in the US)

I could probably recommend more, but I'm not really clear on what you consider to be "fanservice." I mean, if Lust in FMA: Brotherhood is perfectly acceptable then I guess there is plenty of stuff, otherwise I dunno.

Lust in FMA is a character that lives up her name. Her character is not "acceptable", but tolerable.

Besides seconding Studio Ghibli, I'll also add the following:

Any film by Makoto Shinkai
Millennium Actress
Wolf Children (Ookami Kodomo Ame to Yuki)
Metropolis
Twelve Kingdoms
La Maison en Petits Cubes (12-minute short)
Tokyo Godfathers (this does have one cross-dressing character, if that bothers you)

Sorry, I didn't realize there was more than one. The Tezuka Osamu Metropolis (2001). This one.

Come to think of it, there is a brief shot of some non-detailed barbie-doll-like nudity when Tima is first found. I think that might be the only instance, though.

I must be thinking of a different show. Sorry for the confusion.

Oh, add Beyond the Boundary to the list. I watched that recently and really, really enjoyed it, anything that could be considered fanservice in it is way milder than Lust in FMA.
Yakitate!! Japan is great, but it's incredibly over the top and a satire of other shows, so a lot might be lost on you if you're not really well versed in popular series from before it aired.
Maybe add the Madoka movies since they were good, though you may not want to watch them as they conflict pretty heavily with Christian theology.

Although it's a short show, I'd recommend Tonari no Seki-kun (The Master of Killing Time). It's a really hilarious little slice of life show about a boy who's really good at wasting time in class. Definitely no fan-service or really anything inappropriate in this one!

I'll second this.

Here are some I can think of:

Arashi no Yoru ni/One Stormy Night (movie)
Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade (I can't remember any fanservice, but it's been a long time)
Kaitoh Saint Tail (actually has a very positive view of Christianity for once)
Princess Tutu (there are some non-detailed/covered-up, non-sexualized bits of nudity related to the magical girl transformation, and some of the girls' dresses are about the same level as Lust)
Wolf's Rain (one minor character shows up nude a couple times, covered by her hair - didn't seem that sexualized to me, but might be a problem for you)

My favorite anime with no fan-service are:

ERASED
Clannad (and Clannad: After Story)
D. Gray-man
Silver Spoon
Monster
Noragami
Your Lie in April
Squid Girl
Lucky Star
Orange

(it's been a long while for some of these, but I don't think there's any there...if there is, there wasn't anything worth remembering haha)

I need to tidy this whole tread up...
Oh, just for note on Noragami, there are some scenes(about...7?8?) of the female lead in the bath. However.....I don't recall much about it either....

If you like stories about everyday / ordinary folks in a near-future realistic "sci-fi" setting, give Planetes a try.

In my opinion, it's one of the better animes I've seen, with a good plot and character development. There is very little fanservice (I actually can't even remember if there was any).

I'll contribute Yona of the Dawn to this list. My brothers and I are about five episodes in, and we haven't seen any fanservice.

An excellent show. I don't recall any fanservice in it but it's been awhile and I don't really take note of such at this point. (I mostly roll my eyes and mutter "get on with it" or some such.)

A fanservice-less anime that hasn't yet been mentioned is The Promised Neverland. Snow White with the Red Hair, Haikyuu, and Angel Beats didn't have anything either. I also second Yona of the Dawn. Mitsuri's outfit is the only fanservicey thing in Demon Slayer, though I haven't seen the movie, and things could change in later seasons.
