CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

So technically this is not "real" anime but still an anime. Has anyone watch any of the new series from Rooster Teeth (the makers of Red Vs Blue) called RWBY. It's done in a 3D anime style much like AppleSeed. The fight scenes are incredibly fun to watch and from a production company that focuses heavily on video game related content, its a fun little series. The episodes are very short due to it being a web series.

The trailers gave me high hopes for the series, but the actual episodes have much to be desired. The voice acting is okay, nothing spectacular, and there seems to be a lot of stereotypical moments. IMO, the high notes seem to be the good blend of 3D and 2D animation, and of course, the fight cinematography. Hopefully it will get better as it progresses.

I only bothered to watch the first episode but I'm looking forward to the rest. I thought it was pretty cool.
