I just saw an ad on Crunchy Roll that said that Bandai has re-released the original Mobile Suit Gundam. And guess what: they managed to get the Japanese audio in it as well! So, if you've wondered what the original Japanese audio is like, now you can find out!
And yes, I know I'm a week or so late.

That is awesome! I started watching the whole Gundam series in chronological order (UC time line) and glad to hear this news
