People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

Actually I'd avoid both. Both EoE and the series are rumored to have sexually implicit scenes. I also highly disapprove of their 'creative' take on Christianity. To be honest, I just would rather avoid the whole thing than to try to justify it to God, but as I said in another forum, "what one man can eat another may not". Speaking of, yes there IS a thread or two about Evangelion here somewhere....hmmm...I think it's in the anime forum at the bottom. And the anime cafe has some good reviews on the entire Evangelion series/movie.
