I never got the impression that was seasonal. I also didn't know when it was. Maybe next year we'll do a poutine gif for ya though. :P

There should be a little pumpkin right there, on almost every post.

And more pumpkins next to thread names on the main forum page, and forum pages.

Ooh!
For Christmas you could do the read/unread markers on posts, use little Christmas decorations, the ball ones, red for unread posts green for ones you've seen already. Along with a star or something where you have the pumpkins now, and you could flip it to a little snowflake for the rest of the winter after Christmas.

Gee, its easy to come up with ideas when you don't have to do the work. XD

If you don't see the punkins, try holding down the shift key while clicking the "reload" button in your browser. It's possible your computer is still caching the old icon.

How about a smiley or something sporting a Santa hat for Christmas? :)

Pumpkins are pretty cool.

Will we get a Christmas theme when December begins to sprinkle us with its fluffy blanket of snow?

Well, some of y'all will be getting snow. I can't remember when it has ever snowed in December down in Houston (we've gotten some snow in Jan./Feb. before, though).

Not to mention our friends in Australia and south Africa.

Still though, I think it would be difficult to find a decoration that makes sense to everyone, everywhere. I'm pretty sure that in Australia they commonly have Santa Clause in swimming trunks with a surfboard.

Or that star that led the wise men to Jesus! That would be so cool and uncliched! God bless!

That'd be pretty cool! Granted, those who aren't as familiar with the story might not put two and two together at first, so less people would be likely to understand. But, it does work, and it's definitely less cliche! :)

Hey... that looks a lot like my chair. (Looks at rest of staff.)

(JK. Goldy, Link, CK and Mith all do a lot with the graphics for the site as well.)
