"Breaking Metal Windows" is where I review manga, anime, and soundtracks. I give the back-cover description, my personal opinion, and a "content card" similiar to that of which is here at CAA.

This is pretty awesome! It's well-put together, looks nice, has stuff in a logical order, and is nicely written. My hat is off to you!

Thank you very much. I wasn't sure if I was very good at it, but it's nice to know that I am, 'cause I really like to review!

My next review will be for the Tsubasa manga. I am also ordering GP #2 and HB #1, so reviews for that will be up soon as well. And also the xxxHOLiC anime.

If you wish. I only review anime I either own or have rented (so far only what I own), since I review volume by volume. But feel free to suggest something, I am always looking for good anime to watch!

Then I suggest the following:
Last Exile
Chrono Crusade
Haibane Renmei
anything by Makato Shinkai (he did Voices of A Distant Star, Place Promised in Our Early Days, and 5 Centimeters Per Second

Seconding, thirding, and fourthing. One of the best things I've seen in ages.

Since she's only doing things she owns, Haibane Renmei is probably not a good thing to recommend since it's out of print and not currently licensed.

Really? *checks Amazon* Okay, I honestly didn't know this- I bought my set a few months ago for very cheaply. Of course, now that I know it was because it wasn't going to be made anymore. Sorry!

Well, if there are any copies left at Amazon, I might be able to still buy it and review. If it's cheap enough, of course. XD!!

You can still buy it at Right Stuf. I bought all four volumes about a year or so ago. It cost me $36 total, (that's $9 per volume) not counting shipping/handling fees. Money well spent. Oh, and Last Exile and Chrono Crusade can be viewed on Crunchy Roll.

No, they went in the bargain bin at Rightstuf, which is where stuff goes when they aren't getting any more shipments in. Checked yesterday, and all they have left are the first and second DVDs for $6 each, and the manga adaptation of the anime.

huh, then disregard my recommendation. Good thing I picked it up when I did!

2 DVDs and manga adaption? Ooh, that's enough for me!

yeah, but there's 4 volumes in all. With the DVD, you're now only getting half the story.
Anyway, I have another recommendation. This is one you'll only be able to watch online: Galaxy Express 999. You can find the entire series (113 episodes) on Crunchy Roll. Be sure to have a box of kleenex ready. You will need it.

True, but Cardcaptors is out of print, but I am reviewing what I have of it anyway. And if there's a manga adaption, I might be able to finish it that way. You never know, the next 2 volumes may show up again someday. XD!!!

Is Crunchy Roll free?

Yep! That's a series I've heard is very sweet and very good, so I think I might check it out, too... at... 113 episodes *twitch* I think it might take a while for me to get up the gumption to watch that much, though

I also recommend the manga series Please Save My Earth. There is a movie, but it only covers the first 4 volumes and doesn't even come up with a new ending. (in fact, the movie just plain stops, or so I heard) The series is 21 volumes long and has great artwork.
Oh, and if you like sci-fi, try out The Seikai Trilogy. (Also known as Crest of the Stars, and Banner of the Stars I and II.) I already reviewed it for this site. Here's my review: Click here
