My current evil distraction of choice is 'Illusions of Gaia'. Yeah, old ROM game. Plot is a bit stupid and the music is annoying(boy how I wish they were all like mario rpg/FF/chrono-trigger), but it IS a distraction, lol.

Republic Commando, and I am enjoying every minute of its perfect gaming bliss...

I've been hooked on burnout3. The game where it's more like a camacazi, then a racing game. The one thing is it's so stinkin fun. It's kinda crappy how you can't pull out of your crashes though.

1. Call of Duty: United Offensive - PC
2. Freedom Force - PC
3. Battle for Middle Earth - PC
4. Gladius - X-box
5. Mercenaries - X-box

I finally picked up the Call of Duty: United Offensive expansion pack. Heh, I almost blew through the single player the day I got it (Sunday), until the patch corrupted my save files. *shrugs* I really don't mind playing through the British campaign again... that was a pretty intense and fun experience. Yet, the American campaign felt trial and error like, but I still enjoyed it.

I'm playing Xenosaga 2. Beat it 11 days after it was released in the US. Now I'm in a continued saved completed game file trying to complete the side quests. Might take a long time. =)

I haven't had much time to play lately/i've been lazy ;;_;; After I finish all these, I'm thinking about getting into the Devil May Cry series. I've heard its good, but what about from a Christian perspective?

I've been alternating between Resident Evil 4 and Suikoden 4, both are pretty good games.

Oh a Xenosaga player! I have been wondering what the save file trasfer from episode 1 was like. Do you happen to know? What exactly gets carried over (if anything)? You dont get to keep Erde Kaiser, do you?

I have still been playing-away on Mercenaries. Lots of fun stuff to do. I just love sniping out the helicopter pilots and stealing their rides. ^_^

Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

It's tough to explain, but it has "demons" and "devils" in it, is the bottom line. It's not as bad as it sounds, but if this makes you uncomfortable, then I'd say definitely steer clear of it.
